About Me

I live in beautiful western Washington, just a few minutes south of Everett. I studied drawing, painting, and sculpture at Central Washington University from 2003-2007. Drawing and watercolor have been passions of mine for most of my life. More recently I have developed a love for the rich color of pastel, especially for paintings of animals and landscapes. 

I have always felt that one of my primary jobs as a portrait artist is to bring to life the love and connection you have with the people and animals in your life. In the art of landscape painting, I want to explore light, texture, and the beauty of life.
